Digital products

Because digital guides and self-paced program content are delivered instantly and are accessible immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Coaching programs

Coaching packages purchased as a one-time payment (e.g. the Metabolic Reset 90 self-guided or coached tiers) may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no more than one coaching session has been delivered. After 7 days or after the first session, purchases are non-refundable.

Subscriptions (recurring coaching / membership)

Monthly coaching or membership subscriptions bill automatically each period. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation does not refund the current billing period already paid. See our Cancel Subscription page for the self-service cancellation flow.

How to cancel a subscription

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@fushionwellness.com with your order email, or by using the cancel link in your subscription confirmation email. We process cancellation requests within 2 business days and will confirm by email once complete.

How to request a refund

Email support@fushionwellness.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
