Three 30-day phases. Each builds on the last.

PHASE 01 — BASELINE

Days 1–30: Measure

Comprehensive baseline. Blood panel guidance (you order, we interpret), HRV setup, sleep assessment, mobility screen. By day 30 you have a complete picture of where you actually are.

PHASE 02 — BUILD

Days 31–60: Implement

Progressive Zone 2 protocol. Strength foundation. Sleep optimization based on your actual data. Glucose-friendly nutrition adjustments. You’re moving and feeling it by week six.

PHASE 03 — LOCK

Days 61–90: Sustain

Re-test. Compare deltas. Lock in the cadence you can actually hold for the next ten years. Most participants see meaningful changes in resting HR, HRV, sleep efficiency, and lipid panels by day 90.

POST-PROGRAM

Day 91+: Maintain

Coaching capacity is limited. The application makes sure you’re a fit — we want operators ready to actually do the work, not browsers shopping for a wellness retainer.
Do I need to order labs through you?
No. We give you the panel list and ranges. You order through your physician, Quest, LabCorp, or any direct-to-consumer provider. We help interpret the results.
Will this fix [specific condition]?

Refund policy?
